The following code of conduct helps to create a good atmosphere among the entire community. When you use any of our services, you agree to abide by this code of conduct.
By accessing or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read this code of conduct.

This code of conduct will explain:

  • things not to do
  • how to report a member

1. Introduction

If you do not comply with this Code of Conduct in its entirety, Venalith reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take appropriate action in the event of a violation that may result in you being denied access to certain features.

When you use any of our services, you must comply with all laws that apply in our real world. In the event of non-compliance with these laws, we may cooperate with the relevant authorities.

2. Things not to do

It is therefore obvious to proscribe any hateful behavior such as:
  • hate, sexist and homophobic messages
  • shocking, pornographic and illegal content
  • links, images and other suspicious documents
  • promotional content without authorization
  • all forms of spam or "troll" (something created with the intention of provoking conflict, shocking others, or triggering a strongly negative reaction)
  • have a pseudonym that is vulgar, racist or sexist
  • illegally disrupt our services
  • impersonate someone's identity
Failure to comply with these rules may lead to warnings or temporary or permanent bans. If you do not respect these rules, an e-mail will be sent to you to warn you (if the fault is not serious). In the case of a warning or ban (temporary or not), an e-mail will automatically be sent!

3. How to report a member

The easiest way to report a member is to contact support. There are several possibilities:
  • send us a private message on Twitter (@VenalithStudio) or Discord (Venalith#5583)
  • contact us by e-mail at the following address: support@venalith.com
Abusive or completely false requests will be automatically deleted and a penalty will be attributed to the sender of the request.

Additional notes:
We may make changes to this code of conduct in the future, which will be posted on this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are aware of any changes.
